Rental Inclusions
Rental Inclusions:
- Mileage: As per selected car group
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Waiver for damages in case of a collision.
- Theft Loss Waiver (TLW): Waiver for losses due to theft.
- Value Added Tax (VAT): Included in the rental price.
Rental Exclusions:
Deposits Required
- Rental Value: The total cost of the rental.
- Fuel Deposit: $2000.00
- Additional Items not included in the rental amount
- Renters Responsibility: A specified amount dependent on car group.
The Total Deposit is the sum of the Fuel Deposit, Full Rental, Renters Responsibility, and any Additional Items not included in the rental amount. Upon return of the vehicle, the difference between the Total Deposit and the remaining balance owed is refunded.
Additional Waivers:
- Tyre Damage Waiver: Excludes theft of tires, with a charge of $88.00 per day.
- Windscreen Damage Waiver: Includes damage from stone chips, with a charge of $88.00 per day.
- Hail Damage Driver Waiver: Covers damage caused by hailstorms for $70.00 per day.
Additional Charges:
- Additional Driver Waiver: Allows additional drivers to be covered for $550.00.
Additional Equipment :
- GPS rental at $140.00 per day
Child Safety Equipment:
- Infant Seat (less than 10kg) at $650.00 each.
- Baby Chair (between 9-18kg) at $650.00 each.
- Booster Seat (over 18kg) at $650.00 each.
Additional Fees for Services:
- Contract fee: $125.00.
- Claim handling fee for damage claims: $825.00.
- Fine handling fee for incurred traffic fines: $250.00.
- Valet cleaning fee if car is returned with excessive dirt: $750.00.
Fuelling Fees:
When a vehicle is returned to us at any one of our locations, we automatically top up the tank, irrespective of what the fuel gauge reflects.
Cancellation and No-Show Fees:
No Show Charge if vehicle is not collected or cancelled with sufficient prior notice , where reservation is prepaid cancellation and no show fees will be 100%.
Travel Restrictions:
Vehicles are not permitted to travel to certain countries (Angola, Mozambique, Lesotho, Swaziland, Zambia, and Zimbabwe).
Cross Border Fees:
- South Africa at $2500.00.
- Botswana at $2500.00
- One Way to South Africa at $6000.00
- One Way to Botswana at $6000.00
- Cross Border Pack : Includes 2 x Triangles, 2 x Safety Bibs, ZA Sticker, Reflective Stickers and Info Guide : $800.00
- Fire Extinguisher : Compulsory with additional fuel, at least 48hrs advance notice required : $450.00
